Fall and winter are good time to see properties!

With the snow starting to fall in the Brainerd Lakes area and deer hunting beginning, it is truely a good time to scout out land and property. Foliage is at its minimum and it is easier to see the lay of the land and other land characteristics typically hidden by grass, trees, shrubs, etc. Lakeshore can even sell at this time of the year and all winter long if the realtor has good photos of the lake bottom and the rest of the lot. It is also a good time to purchase since there is less competition for the properties. AND right now there are bargains to be had.
