The neighborhood with the most sales activity in October was Hernando Pointe(new homes). Morrow Crest, Creekside, Deer Creek and Mont Clair were close seconds.
Hernando has 268 Active Listings which is a 9 months supply of inventory based on an average of sales history over the past 6 months. The price range on the current active listings is from $45,000 to $1,500,000 with the median price of $229,900.
The number of foreclosure listings in Hernando has increased to 6.3% of the local market.
