James  - It is a great house on a very nice street.  Oyster Bay is a lovely town where residents are very community minded.  I have lived here since 1971 and really love the place.

Jim - Florence Park is one of the most sought after areas in Oyster Bay.  The house is priced at $823K which is much lower that what we would have priced it a year ago and so far we have two offers.
