My neighbor called and asked if I could help her. She had bought a refrigerator from an individual. It would cool but would not freeze. I pulled the front cover off to see if the coil was dirty and did not hear the fan motor running. So, I pulled the refrigerator out from the wall and pulled the back cover off to see if the fan was running. I found a piece of cardboard stuck in the fan. I removed the cardboard and made sure that the fan was working. The refrigerator is working fine now. Evidently the cardboard was shifted when the refrigerator was moved. Total cost to repair -- $0.00. Time spent - about 10 minutes.
