Yes, along with the change in our leadership in January '09, we're going to go through a change in the way we do business here in New Hampshire. For so long, we've had the wonderful task (kidding, of course) of explaining agency to our buyers and sellers. I don't know about you, but by the time I dialed down to dual agency, I had deer in the headlights looks coming across the table at me. I work in a large company, so the ability to represent a buyer, even though the seller is represented by another agent in my company, will be a welcome relief. In the end, all a consumer wants to know is that their interests are represented, and as of 1/09, that will be alot easier! Yeah!
