The equivalent of the Oscars in the real estate world was the buzz this month in Florida as the Wall Street Journal, REAL Trends and Lore Magazine announced America's Top 200 Real Estate Professionals for 2008. This year's winners increased both in volume and sides, even in these reported difficult market conditions. The nation's top productive professionals had record years, in many cases increasing their sales of homes. The award recognizes the top 50 in four categories: Individual - dollar sales, Individual - Unit sales, Agent Team - dollar sales, and Agent Team - Unit Sales.
I was so honored to be named as one of the winners coming in place at # 18 in the nation for best professional team in units sold.
The winners were invited to a dinner gala awards ceremony on Nov. 6 at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando FL, kicking off the annual National Association of Realtors Expo and Convention. Very nice event, they really out did themselves.
This win couldn't have been possible without the dedication of my team, and the independent agents we are now adding to our new office.
