As I wrote yesterday, blogging is new to me but from the response received from "well wishers" it seems like a good way to begin the day and share ideas. Our business continues to be down or should I say non-existant. Wondering how many land developers are members here and how they're handling their situation? Pulte Homes left Kansas City a few months ago so they saw the hand writing on the wall. I know of many other experiences real estate developers dealing with the same issues we are and about areas where the situation is as bad or even worse. Don't like to begin the day complaining because our company will make it but WOW, it is difficult. Would love to hear how others are handling the management of raw ground and buidling lot inventory. Now that I've vented.....
