Macmillan Wharf in Provincetown

This is the Macmillan Pier and Wharf in Provincetown Massachusetts as seen from the town beach. On a December day, the only boats you see are the fishing boats. In the summertime there would be recreational boats and people in the foreground. The off season is a wonderful time to explore Cape Cod.

Hi Rich, I've had my schedule all interrupted by the holidays and getting my Husband ready for a trip and other stuff but stopped by to say "Hi".  I like the sun bouncing off the water in your picture of the famous "Cape Cod".  Reminds me of the "Message in a Bottle", movie...

Back in 1998, my husband and I tried to trive from Boston to Provincetown at the height of the tourist season -- hey! we were tourists! -- We got about 30 miles in three hours, turned around and went back to Boston. Had a great time in Boston, but that wasn't what we were going to Massachusetts for at that time.

Hi Rich!

You were in Cape Cod and took that great picture and didn't tell us until you got back? Ooooh, I'm so jealous.

We snuck up last week for 5 nights to celebrate an early Christmas with friends. It is a long drive but it was great to get away.

I think I see Russel in that picture with his bare feet dug into the sand. Well I can dream, can't I?
