How I stay up in a down market

Whenever I need a reality check on what my priorities are, I simply have to look into the eyes of my children to realize what is truly important to me.  Sure the market could stand to pick up, but as the old saying goes, nobody ever dies wishing they had spent more time at the office.

If the market gets you down - go play in the snow!  It's remarkable how a little fun can change your outlook!

Have a great day - go throw a snowball!

Hi Angela, My two teenage daughters would LOVE to go and play in the snow!  Neither one of them has ever seen snow before.  One day I will have to take them somewhere so they can make an angel in the snow.  Looks like a great time - thanks for sharing your fun!  Great outlook!

Angela, you're absolutely right. the market will come back and pick up again but your kids will never be the same again as today, yesterday and tomorrow. So, enjoy every moment with them.

The snow is beautiful, we are buried here in North Idaho and it keeps on coming down!  It's made for a lot of frolicing and fun.

Angela, you have great perspective with this post. We should all count our blessings and not look so much at what we don't have. The photo is pure fun!! : )
