Christopher -- interesting statistics.  I notice that the average DOM seems to be climbing.  It would be interesting to compare these figures with the County-wide figures for Chester County.  That could give you (and your prospective clients) an idea of how your office performs against the average -- if your offices average DOM is significantly lower than the county average, then highlight that.  If your office average is worse than the county-wide average, then you know you have room for improvement -- pricing, marketing, whatever.  It gives you a quantifiable way to chart your competitive edge.

Actually, this is the data for all of Chester County, not for RE/MAX.  I do have to say that my DOM is much shorter than the average.  My DOM is about 14 days, due to proper pricing right from the get go!

Well, then flip what I said around.  Run the numbers for your office, for comparison sake.  Quantifying things is always valuable.

You are absolutely right about one thing, though:  Correct pricing is always key.  Educating Sellers to that fact can be quite the challenge, sometimes, though...
