What would you do?

I was faced with a "moral dilemma" this week. Let me know what you would do.....

I was on duty (or what ever you call it, opportunity time, floor time -- the agent available to take care of people who come in or call in). I got a call from one of our other agents who is semi-retired. She still has listings but doesn't want to show houses any more. Some of her past clients had called her to see some homes in the area. She called me to take care of them for her let me know what homes they wanted to see. I contacted the clients and set up a time to meet them. I made them a little packet of information about home buying, our company and the new services available and me. I was sitting at a computer in an open area of the office when they came in. There was another agent on duty by now. The duty desk is right by the door, so it was the other agent they saw first. They were old friends of the other agent, but had the impression that she was not in our office, but in another NP Dodge office in Bellevue. As they chatted it was clear they had been friends for a long time. The client even said, "If we had known you were down here we would have called you!"

What would you do? Would you give the clients to the other agent? What would play a part of your decision - The value of the homes they were looking t? The size of the community you live in? The number of days since your last closing?
