- C.A.R. form P.A.A. (Purchase Agreement Addendum with a Short Sale Provision must be presented and signed by all parties.
- Being educated on pre-foreclosure and properly educating your client/seller.
It's very important to REALLY beef up on your Disclosures!!! Cover your ASSETS!!!
