How many times have you had a repair person to come to your home to make a repair? Did the person show up when expected? Did they conduct themselves in a professional manner? Did they make a mess and not clean it up? Did they charge what you were told up front? Were the charges higher than you expected? Was the repair complete when they left? Was the problem fixed? How many times have you paid for repairs that were not fixed or you were not pleased with the work performed?
Always get references from any one that you allow to come into your home. Do not pay for repairs until you know that the repair was made correctly and that it is really fixed.
