Hi all. I have been reading and listening and collecting new ideas on private lending.
I have created a brochure that I want to send to a few key people, but I need to get some feedback first. Would you, my readers of my blog, take a look at the booklet and let me know
1. If it makes sense - is it easy to understand
2. If it has any typos or other errors I need to correct.
3. If you think someone might have an interest in utilizing this form of alternative investing.

fairly comprehensive newsletter. a couple questions: do you have a third party intermediary who provides self direction in your area? You should build a relationship with a company that provides these services. Are you also involved in investing personally? In this market ( at least in Florida) cash is king and the deals are incredible. You also might consider hosting a private lender luncheon.

We work with Equity Turst.
And yes we invest in properties, hence the need for private lending.
Not to into Lunches - I do more classes.
