Important FHA Lending Updates for Bexar County

keys changing hands I just wanted to keep you updated on the FHA loan changes in Bexar County.

The new FHA loan amount limit is now $287,500. There is also a minimum 3.5% down payment requirement. Remember that FHA still allows up to 6% seller contribution to be used towards closing costs and pre-paids.

This is still one of the best programs for first time buyers!
