Highalnd Village, TX Scooter Training

If you live in Highland Village, Texas your child must have Scooter Training.  The city ordinance ( 04-094)requires scooter training for kids 12 years of age and older.  The ordinance regulates the use of motorized scooters within the city limits.  The three most important regulations/restrictions are: 1. No Gas Scooters, 2. Minimum Age Requirement is 12 years old, 3.
