Copperleaf in Cary North Carolina

West Cary's latest addition to the luxury home market is one of the finest subdivisions I have had the pleasure of previewing recently.

Situated in Cary's rapidly growing West side, these custom built homes achieve the perfect balance of space, design, amenities and location. With a team of some of the area's finest home builders in place, there will be a total of 141 executive style homes all sitting on 1/2 to 3/4 acres lots.

Amenities in Copperleaf include a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with slide, a pavillion and playground, and walking trails throughout the community that connect to the American Tobacco Trail.

The Manors collection of homes in Copperleaf range from $675,000 to the $900,000's.

The Estate collection homes range from $875,000 to $1.5 million+.

One of the homes we visited achieved a perfect score in the recent Parade of Homes competition and was also the Gold winner in its category!

Checking out some of the homes on your blog, I can't believe how big they are. Here in our area everything over 2500 square feet is considered big. Over 3500 square feet is hard to find.

Ellie - That kitchem is flawless! Of course you have to actually cook in it rather than just make reservations in order to fully appreciate it!!!

Laura - See my response to Ellie!!!

Anne - Homes here in the Raleigh area are still affordable and because we have so much land still, they can make them big!!! Thanks for stopping in Anne. Come back soon!
