Homes.com is the top search result on Google.com whenever a buyer is looking for homes in a given city/state search! Try it yourself! Go to www.Google.com and input the following search: Gilbert AZ homes. Homes.com will be the number 1 search result. Substitute ANY city/state in this search and you'll get Homes.com as the #1 result on Google 8 of 10 times. There is absolutely legitimate for not having at least a Featured Listing on Homes.com. Would you to explain to your home sellers why you are not willing to have their property one click away from Google?

You will have to pay a very small fee to Feature your listings on Homes.com. You can also continue to do only "free" ads. The addage you get what you pay for has merit! Do you really want to explain to your sellers why you won't place their homes a click away from the top spot on Google? Do you really want to pass up buyers searching Google?

I guess I'm not in that 8 of 10 but it did come up on the first page, in 3rd place. Had to try it but I'm glad to see my company came up in the #2 spot! I don't think #3 on the first page is bad though.
