Understanding The $8000 tax credit.

Well, now the stimulus package has been passed.  Will it work?  This remains to be seen.  I am not so sure that it is the best thing for us to do but, hey it is what it is now.  One of the good things, I think, to be included in that package is the $8000 tax credit.  If there has been some confusion over this, I have included this link below to help answer any questions.  A review of the $8000 tax credit can be found here, a useful side by side comparison can be found here.  if you need anything further I can be contacted at Prudential Rand Realty.
