Customer service is all people want. They want to know you care about them more then getting paid, that you value them as people and clients. A little customer service goes a long way.

Hi Nate - We have been through difficult times before and we have learned to "hang in there."  It's easy to get discouraged and it takes a little energy to remain positive.  We continue to work and build relationships; we will see ourselves get through these times as well.

What a great thought!!  It sounds like the ideal work ethic.   I'm not sure I agree 100% with you on it but for many it would be a great start.   Just looking around my office and listening to all the complainer I think if they would just "Do Somthing" rather than sit around they would find it easier to deal with these tough economic times.  I'm sure however your words of encouragement was meant for all those out there really hustling.
