5:30 - 9 pm. Christiane David and Scott Wolf have known each other since owning their shops at the Artworks at Doneckers. Throughout the month of March Scott Wolf will be exhibiting his new original works of the different seasons of Lancaster county, depicted in light, color and drama.

Carmen & David' s Creamery will showcase another young photographer for the month of March, beginning with a First Friday reception for Nathan Deatrick, a 21-year old Lancaster County native. He captures pictures of ordinary objects and architectural scapes from some very interesting views.

6 p.m. Friday Night Live! with 8-Track Radio and local craft and food artisans featuring the J.P. McCaskey High School art show. Cast a vote for your favorite art pieces in the “publicly-juried” J.P. McCaskey High School art show and help raise funds for Building Character’s art scholarship fund, and the J.P. McCaskey art club.

5 - 8 pm. First Friday reception , continues through April 10. "Landscapes of Imagination" is a rarely seen exhibit of drawings, etchings and illustations by Marvin Bileck (deceased 4/2005) and drawings by Emily Nelligan (b. 1924.) The artwork includes explorations into a subject that inspired both artists over a period of 50 years: the landscape of Great Cranberry Island, Maine.

Fri, Mar 6, 09   Modigliani String Quartet
8 pm. The Quartet won the 2006 Young Concert Artists International Auditions in New York and have performed at Carnegie’s Zankel Hall and the Kennedy Center. Their program will include works by Haydn, Beethoven and Ravel.
