Your thoughts on real estate videos

I would really like your advice on a few questions that I have been thinking about for some time...

In short, I am trying to get a better understanding on actual video tours.  Not traditional virtual tours like slide shows and "video", which purely consists of photo modification (i.e. zooming, panning, etc.), but true-motion and real videos of properties.  That being said, I would really appreciate your throughts and feedback to these questions:

1.) Are true-motion real estate video listings important to you or your clients?

2.) Do you think true-motion real estate videos will play a more important role for your business?  If not now, then when?

3.) Have you had success with a true-motion video listing?  If so, do you keep it to yourself as a competitive edge or do you share your success with other real estate professionals in your office?
