Daniel Bretzke, AICP (professional planner) LEED AP Om, real estate agent, developer, property owner and manager, has been involved with real estate for over 30 years.

Professional Experience

 I have twenty years of buying selling and managing residential real estate. I have worked in local government permitting agencies as a planner and development review engineer. For the last six years I have been involved with all phases of property development from the subdivision to the finished houses.

My experiences in development can be used for your advantage in maximizing the value of your property either when you are selling, buying or developing. We only rented from Daniel for a short time (Jan09-Nov09) when we decided to move back to California to be with family. He was a wonderful landlord! Everytime I emailed him with a question or a service request he replied promptly and always took care of our issues. When we decided to move back to California we knew we'd have to break our 12 month lease early which he would normally charge for (like any landlord) but we explained the circumstances and he worked with us. He made what is usually a very stressful experience much easier to handle. Should we ever move back to Seattle we will definately be looking up Daniel Bretzke to see if he has any rentals available.
