Looking for a Realtor who knows the area, knows the market and cares about what you want?  You've come to the right place!  I work in the College Park area and all the surrounding communities including Greenbelt, Beltsville, Laurel, Bowie, and Silver Spring.

Licensed in 1999, I have always put a lot of stock into continuing education and honing my skills to keep up with the ever changing face of the real estate market including the vast and fast changing aspects of technology.  I am currently the Immediate Past President of the MD/DC Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).  Realtors who earn the CRS Designation make up only about 3% of all Realtors nationwide.  The requirements for earning the CRS Designations combine a commitment to education as well as a moving beyond a benchmark of experience.

I specialize in the MD Suburbs of DC including College Park.  Most of my clients live in Prince George's and Montgomery County.  I work with both Sellers and Buyers.  The Buyers I have worked with find me through referrals from other clients and the Internet.  Fully 30% of my Buyer clientele find me on the Internet and are impressed by the information I can provide through the website and e-mail.

My Seller clients generally are referrals from my other clients or I have had the pleasure of working with them previously.

The Best Birthday Present Ever!

When we first transferred from Hawaii we asked Ken to help us by our first townhome in Maryland.  

Three years later we came back to Ken to ask him to sell our house and help us buy our new single family home for our growing family.  He was able to find us great “non-contingent” financing so we could move into our new home with a great backyard and deck…and we settled on Summer’s birthday.

Ken Is The Best “Long Distance” Realtor®!


After I moved out to California I still owned a couple of investments homes in Maryland. Since I retired I decided to sell the homes.

I Was Moving Overseas And Didn’t Want To Be A Long Distance Landlord.


I had been overseas for awhile and received a permanent appointment at job for the United Nations in Switzerland.  I was lucky to have had friends live in my home while I was away.  I was ready to sell my home and I know I didn’t want to be a landlord from overseas.

We Were Ready to Downsize…

We had been living in our 3-level townhome for a long time and we were ready to give up all the maintenance and the stairs.

Ken came by and gave us suggestions on how to best present our home to potential Buyers and how to best price our home for a quick sale.

Everything worked!  We put our house on the market and Ken had it sold in 6 days at 98.6% of our asking price even after closing help to the Buyer!
