Well, here it is. After raving about your great service and professionalism and offering to formalize my praise via a written document, I am finally sitting down to say “thanks’ for all you did for us during the sale of our house. It only took six months… As you know, I have been through several relocations with Nextel throughout my (and Tamara’s) career with the company. I have always carefully selected my Realtors, using recommendations for friends or colleagues, followed by interviews of my top two or three candidates. You helped with preparing the House for Sale, including recommending vendors to fix the little things that turn Buyers off. Once we listed with you, you held a very successful Open House and secured not one, but TWO full-price offers in 3 DAYS!! All this while my neighbor two doors down had his house on the market for over 60 days with no serious offers. You coordinated every detail with our relocation companies (both of them!) and the buyers. You worked with a very difficult buyer, handled the closing and even helped coordinate the moving crew! Talk about a full-service Agent!!
