Richard has sold real estate for thirty years in Bergen County, New Jersey. Richard earned many of REMAX top Awards for production including Platinum Club for 10 years in a row, Broker Owner Of the Year, Hall of Fame, and the Prestigious Life Time Achievement Award (selling over 1000 homes). Richard has designed/built/sold all or part about 550 new custom homes. Sold over 700 residential lots. Developed sold or leased many shopping center and office projects, including CVS Pharmacies, Staples, and many, many other projects.
