Sometimes it's just a crush, not true love! Despite the fact that buyers were able to go much higher, an agent submitted a low ball offer on their behalf for a property they seemed to really want. After testing the sellers, they soon discovered their offer was among 8 other contracts received the same day for consideration. Homes in that price range were in high demand. She asked if sending a message to the listing agent, asking for another opportunity to respond with more money, would help.
