Yesterday I went to look at a house which could be a future listing opportunity.  On the way back I saw an open house sign at a townhouse community I had not had the opportunity to preview previously.  There were several real estate signs so I was sure I would get to see a unit.    Halfway into the complex, I saw another sign directing me to a specific unit. I parked the car and went to the door, rang the bell but no answer.  A man approached me and apologised for not being there.  I was sure he was a realtor. I introduced myself and started to give him my card. At that point he flipped out and started shouting something about how he did not have any dealings with Realtors.  I told him I was merely there to see the unit.
