Part of my work as a virtual assistant for Realtors is to create single-property websites for their listings and post them online.  Since I'm an AR Rainmaker, I post some of their listings here on their behalf to increase the properties' online exposure.  The posts generate clicks and occasional comments, but I always wonder if my work generates buyer leads for my clients. On June 24, 2011, I posted a listing for a log home with McKenzie River frontage near Vida, Oregon.  On Sept. 2, 2012, an interested buyer posted four specific questions about the property in the post comments section.  The home is no longer on the market, but buyers for $550,000+ properties are highly desired.
