It did need a new roof and carpet but sold for $305,000 which is $184.40 per square foot.
Highest Selling Home for the Month - The highest selling home for February 2014 was this single story home on Rock Lane in the Summit. It was built in 1985 on 10.36 acres with approximately 9804 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 9 baths (7 full and 2 half baths). It has it's own gated entry, fabulous 270 degree views of Folsom Lake, a pool and tennis court, koi ponds, an orchard, and a 47kw solar system to power all the home's electricity! Oh and a 10-car garage!!! It was listed at $3,999,000 and sold for $2,750,000.
I saw it on Realtor tour when it came on the market in January 2013. The inside was a little dated with lots of wallpaper but the layout was good and the grounds and views were absolutely fabulous.
