Only in America is a phrase often heard, its origins can't be too old although finding a single point to its beginnings can be difficult. Let's face it we're a very competitive bunch and we've produced a lot of wins and winners in our short history. While yesterday was the day we celebrate our Country's coming of age, so to speak, it's also a day we now recognize one of the most odd competitions we love where anyone can have a chance at winning.
