This could be touted as a low-carb meal but I wouldn't actually be fooling anyone. The time from Thanksgiving to the New Year is a food filled long term event for many of us. What I've done during the past few years is to implement the metric system into my diet when these 40 or so days appear on the calendar. It's an easy way to temporarily quell the guilt. Oscar Wilde said it best "After a good dinner one can forgive anybody, even ones own relatives." That may have been uttered after loosening his belt after a Thanksgiving meal. All in … (8 comments)
