Well, it seems it has only been a couple of days since I last announced we had a new Moderator at, "Christianity and Real Estate".
 
After talking with her on the phone, this newest Moderator is a VERY busy lady!! I tried in vain to get in contact with her (she is busy like Jason Crouch is!) we finally talked on the phone and she accepted the appointment of Moderator for our fast growing group!
 
These are just several of the reasons she is SOOooo very busy!

Along with having been a licensed Minister for 15 years,I also sang in a singing Gospel Group, touring the eastern United States when I was in my 20s.
I have been in so many capacities in church it makes me nervous....hehehehe.....
Tonight I attended our Church Ushers Christmas Party, because currently that is what I do, until God tells me otherwise.

Hello there!
Here is a glimpse into what the largest Christian group for real estate professionals in ActiveRain is like!
We started out humbly on the 25th of January 2007.
Very soon after our founding we were almost shut down with the threat of a Fair Housing lawsuit by an atheist, but God in His infinite wisdom and kindness took care of that!

Have you ever spoken about real estate with an automobile customer service rep., pharmacy rep.,cellphone rep. or bank teller as they were doing THEIR job helping you?
(I ALWAYS make it a habit to try to weave in the subject of real estate with ANYONE I talk to.)

I have listened over the years to MANY sermons:
God wants us to PROSPER (be financially and materially abundant) God wants us to have a comfortable life (security in our finances, etc.) God wants us to have a pleasurable circle of friends (people that are like us and have the same lifestyle, etc.) God is NOT the author of calamity in our lives (He does NOT give us the "whammy") Plus other such principles I have had Ministers try to convince me of. On the day after my birthday I got a call from theHouseValues Director of sales.
If you do NOT know who HouseValues is, they have a 2.5 million dollar stake in ActiveRain and they are a company that offers marketing solutions to real estate agents for a monthly fee.
Three years ago I had leased 1 and a half zipcodes from them to the tune of $750.00 per month. They advertise on TV, radio, the Internet and in newspapers.

Yesterday I was getting ready to drive to my part time job at Perkins Restaurant and Bakery......
My hair was all blow dried and styled, I had my uniform on, my cologne and body lotion had been applied and I was ready to go and make some money.
I got into my car after putting my "manbag" in the back seat...and turned the key to the ignition.
The cars starter whirred and spun, with no resulting turn of the engine. My starter was dead..... and I started to panic.

I read Elizabeth Nieves post about consistent marketing and "watering" of her sphere of influence by keeping in touch with them periodically and I was inspired to include ANOTHER way to bring success into your real estate business.
