summer in spokane wa: Spokane Lake's Tour!
- 06/26/10 04:36 PM
This Summer, I am going to visit several area lakes and blog about them. Spokane Wa has more than 70 lakes, yes I said SEVENTY PLUS LAKES within a short driving distance. Yesterday, we took a short 20 minute drive to FISH LAKE. Located between Spokane and Cheney, this small lake is very pretty. It has a great little public beach. No motor boats are allowed. They have a fishing dock, playground, sandy beach, Basketball Hoop, Volly Ball area, and an incredible trail that starts at the lake and goes 3.75 miles to Cheney. Here are some photo's I took!

SUMMER and Real Estate Is summer a good time to buy and sell homes? With the changes in the market from late 07 till now (6/08) I am thinking now that people realize the world is still turning, this will be a great summer to buy and sell real estate. When you look at the big picture, interest rates are still at historical lows. People have gotten used to the fact that it is more of a buyers market, and things are evening out. Lets face it, how many other investments can you live in?
