You can't really see it in this picture, but the guys operating these monster machines were smiling & waving! You can better see where the roads will be going in now and how the lots will be set up. Right now there are talks of a nice privacy fence along the back of Territorial. It would run where you see the black construction makeshift fence is now running. So, I was out at the site last week and things are progressing along. We've received preliminary information on the lot sizes and layouts. Many lots will be able to feature a Walk-Out lower level. Homeowners in the new Blaine Haven community will be within walking distance to Madison Elementary School. Madison Elementary is Kindergarten through grade 5. The school is just down the street from the new Blaine Haven development! I've included a link (see links section) to the school so you can get a better idea of what the school has to offer. Madison Elementary is located on Territorial between Jackson & Jefferson (on 10 acres). Blaine Haven is closest to the Jackson side. I was out at the new Blaine Haven site today. I've attached some pictures below. The roads are going in! There is plenty of action to see. Neighbors out for a walk with their kids were watching all the big trucks as they moved dirt around making the soon to be new roads! It was fun to watch. Here's the new entrance - located off Jackson Street NE.
