On Sunday I received a lead. It was from a young man who wanted to buy some land between Boise and Mountain Home. This cool development has large lots (1.5 acre seems to be the average). We are an academic family. My hubby is a full professor of Mathematics. I have a MA in Chemistry. My oldest son is a lawyer. My daughter in law is a PhD candidate in Chinese History. My middle son has a PhD in applied mathematics. My youngest son, Josh, is a PhD candidate in computer science. Hubby and Josh both are connected to Boise State University.

I met Irene after her husband died. I was head hen for the month, which means I coordinated the relief effort for our Synagogue when help was needed. An older Jewish lady in Kuna (nearby town) who was unaffiliated husband had just past. Her niece call the Synagogue. Since I hadn't met the lady I coordinated the effort through a lady who had. She invited Irene to our monthly ladies lunch. I met her at the lunch. She is a very nice lady trying to work her way around widowhood. We hit it off and talked in the parking lot for over one hour. I walked into a home and their was a huge dog in the crate. He was barking his head off. Now maybe the owner doesn't realize it but the dog is upset. People are entering it's territory. I would be upset if people came in who I didn't know and I didn't know why.
They are barking or growling. My client is unnerved. So am I. We can't get comfortable in the home with the pet so upset. It is even worse if they are out of the crate but that doesn't happen very often.

Thanksgiving is coming and 2 of 3 sons are coming home. The eldest is in Beijing and he and his GF are going to celebrate with peking duck... The middle one has been in Cambridge for the last four years and is now at RPI for graduate school and is coming home....The youngest is at a freshman at a liberal arts college near home....
