When I woke up on Wed. I thought I was within 2 weeks of listing. It is remotely possible that I am. The first thing that happened is it got snowy and cold. In December I wrote about a tenant of mine who suffered from a stroke. I went to find help and found there was not much help to be had. I also published the blog on social media. I received a lot of good advice. Unfortunately she is now $912 behind in rent and February is coming up soon. One of my friends manages a homeless shelter called Interfaith Sanctuary.
