Camas welcomes Harvest and Iron Chef Winner We’re getting a new restaurant in downtown Camas soon. Former Iron Chef winner, Tim McCusker will open “Harvest,” next to the Camas Hotel on the corner of 4th Avenue and Cedar Street. The restaurant is in the same spot as Olivers, which closed in September. Chef McCusker describes his menu as “family friendly comfort food.” However, he also promises innovative and exciting dishes such as pork shank “osso bucco” style, local braised beef, and hot butcher blocks of duck breast filled with blackberry jam.
