Wordless Wednesday - What's All the Buzz About?
I love home inspections - you always learn something new or see something that just makes you shake your head. Today's inspection was buzzing with excitement in the walls of a million-dollar property that took us a bit of time to figure where the critters making all of the noise were getting in...and out.

Found it! Weep holes in the brick facade... Of course, I let the listing agent know and I'm sure the sellers have already contacted their pest control company.

Happy Wednesday!

Would you allow your buyers to turn down an inspection?  I certainly do hope not--even new construction properties have issues.  One recent example of a new construction inspection proving that the cost was worth thousands--the HVAC had been installed erroneously and supposedly, the manner in which it had been installed … (5 comments)
