Are YOU Providing Value? Are YOU Providing VALUE? Just as we live our lives with certain 'moral' standards, we run our businesses based on a particular 'quality' or 'value.' What do you base your value on? Boosting customer service is best done by boosting customer relationships. This is, as I've said before, the easiest part of our job but, sometimes the most neglected. What Is Customer Service What Is Customer Service?
My philosophy in life always reverts back to The Golden Rule (Do unto others as you would have them do unto you). As a former registered nurse, I practiced medicine with that philosophy, as well as treating my patients as though they were a beloved family member. I often found myself worrying about my patients, as if they were my family!

I am proud to say that my Rotary club participated in the building of an 11,000+ square-foot NASCAR-themed adventureland for the disabled this month. The playground had its official opening this week and it is truly a sight to behold.
The playground was built by 3,700+ volunteers with varying skill levels! 3,700+! Now that's a powerful number of volunteers who came out and worked countless hours to help build the community! Erected in the early 1900’s, First Baptist Church was designed by J.M. McMichael of Harrisburg, PA. The central element of the structure (which has no steeple) is the Byzantine dome, similar to New York City’s Madison Square Presbyterian Church.
Church goers marveled at the stained glass windows, just as you will. Vinton Liddell in honor of his father, W. J. F. Liddell, donated one window on the south side of the sanctuary.

With three buyer tours last week and an average showing list of 5 homes each, I made certain to phone to early to schedule appointments in order to avoid any potential issues with late return calls from listing agents or Sellers who wanted to reschedule, etc. Once again, I've been beaten upby slack Realtors®!
Here in Charlotte, our MLS provides a scheduling system to all active members through Centralized Showing Service. Say what you may but, a showing service beats the heck out of trying to round up the listing agents to schedule appointments. I have … (28 comments)

At it Again! Homeownership--What it Once Was... SHOCK! The media is at it again! Today's front page real estate section boasts that 'Homebuyers face new scrutiny when securing loans.'
