Thank you Laura Tomaszewski for spear-heading our first NW Austin CB Realty volunteering opportunity for 2023! The choice to volunteer at the warehouse for the Central Texas Food Bank, to honor MLK week of service, was incredibly rewarding!
It was so nice to get back to our Pre-COVID volunteering projects! We crushed it on our morning shift! We cleaned, sorted and boxed 150 boxes! We handled 4,350 pounds of food which translates to 3,625 meals for our neighbors in need! AND we had fun doing it!

The beginning of the year we were looking at weeks and sometimes days of inventory. Now in Canyon Creek we are experiencing 2 months of inventory. That is significantly lower than the 6 months which is considered a balanced market.
