The Holidays are over. For most of us we have taken down our holiday decorations and getting our homes back in order. Presents have found their way to their new spaces and life is getting back to normal.
                     
I love finding the right Christmas gift for my grandkids! I begin early badgering their folks to make sure I know the high priority items on their list!

It's been quite the first half of 2020 for real estate in Austin! We've had to pivot on a dime with new best business practices to address the COVID -19 Pandemic. The crisis slowed the Austin market this spring but June and July has shown, as buyers emerge from Shelter In Place, they jumped right back in the market and are finding inventory  low and prices escalating!
It's uncertain times right now but families need a home especially in Austin. With the historic low interest rates what a deal buyers are making. I and Coldwell Banker Realty are committed to helping our clients … (11 comments)

Candy Buzan with Prime Lending right here in Austin, Texas has an awesome business letter that she emails.  Several weeks ago she sent out a Business Tip for the week which I still have sitting on my desk and I made time today to make sure I implement her advice: Two of the most powerful words in business are "Thank You".  Let your customers and employees know how much you appreciate them.  Say "Thank-You" often. Even better, write them a note - not an email, text or tweet, but an old-fashioned handwritten, personal note!  I composed 3 personal notes already today to vendors … (24 comments)
