There is still competitive demand in the housing markets. Many States say they are unable to keep up with demand for housing and are implementing new measures to increase housing availability. Yes, inventory is still below low yet, I have noticed more listings coming onto the market in my surrounding area. I'm also seeing price modifications. Interest rates are higher but not like the 1980s when mortgage interest reached 18%, and still, people were still buying. I was sitting here with thoughts of Spring and decided to take a look at the whole Georgetown, MA Real Estate Market. Mind you, Georgetown is a town of roughly 8700 with approximately 3000 households. Here's a March 7 look at the Georgetown, MA Real Estate Market: There are currently: 6 Single Family residences on the Active Market 3 Condominiums 1 Multi-Family 4 Tracts of Land 2 Commercial Rentals Meanwhile, there are 16 properties currently progressing to closing. I promised myself I wouldn't do it...BUT...I still did it...Lol Stuffing is my downfall. I don't know what Pam does but it sure is good. Thanksgiving at our home was a day of blessings. Family gathered together, prayed, conversed, listened to music, ate, watched football. There was no discussion of politics or social issues, other than that which we prayed about AND then it Happened...I become the turkey that was stuffed...hahahaha Sooooo...this morning is a workout on the Total Gym™ and a day of smart eating.
