OK..we had Cash for Clunkers and that program worked pretty well. One of the problems in real estate is that we actually have more homes, more living units than we have families or individuals to fill those homes. Many homes are old and in disrepair. Many have environmental issues, asbestos, etc....

As far as I know the HVCC has done nothing to improve the industry and costs the client at least $100 more per transaction. The new RESPA law has been a nightmare in our office.
