fredericksburg virginia homes for sale: Fredericksburg VA Real Estate - 02/01/10 06:35 AM
As written in my last post, I started up (actively) my own real estate company in Fredericksburg VA.
Fredericksburg Realty Inc became a player in the Fredericksburg Virginia real estate market.  Now that I look back on our track record since inauguration, I feel somewhat surprised.
Prior to making the move, we did not get into the Fredericksburg short sale or foreclosure market.  Now that I am doing business as Fredericksburg Realty I am considering whether or not to take the leap.

fredericksburg virginia homes for sale: Fredericksburg Virginia Homes For Sale - Architecture - 11/15/07 03:16 AM
When I began my real estate career here in the Fredericksburg VA area in 1989, it took me only a short time to realize that I had never seen so many split foyer homes in my life as I did after only a few months here. Personally, I take no offense with anyone wishing me "Happy" anything except for "Happy Birthday."  At my age, following the advice of our eldest son, I am satisfied with only "Birthday."  So next … (5 comments)
