staging vacants: 2 offers 1st day, whoopee!

Dream Interior Redesign and Staging was called in to stage this cape code on a serious budget. This house had been vacant and on the market for 3 months. I had to use only the owner's furnishings but I could add my accessories and artwork. She had all antiques and none were in very good condition. The agent that hired me stopped in afterwards, with clients looking for a higher-end home and they wrote an offer. The next agent in wrote another offer. This doesn't happen in today's market, 2 OFFERS in the first day. I doubt that these before and after photos will make it into my portfolio. … (18 comments)
