This is a difference of approximately 9%.The total number of Ventura Real Estate Sales of residential units sold was 661, which is less than 2010's total of 689 but more than 2009's number of 632. I have been a Realtor since 1996. Ironically, I became a real estate agent to learn about buying and selling property for my own personal portfolio. Somewhere along the way, I found out I really enjoyed helping others buy their first home, or their move-up home, and it increased their portfolio. So I started doing it full time and I haven’t looked back since. I’m detailed oriented, so I’ll keep an eye on those pesky tasks that have to be seen to so we close on time.
