danbury ct buyers agent: It's All Part of My Job - 01/24/17 02:11 PM
Being a younger real estate agent in the Greater Danbury & Candlewood Lake region does have some advantages. I practice real estate full time, with minimal obligations so my life revolves around work and houses. I'm always on and communicate the way that you want. I'm not afraid to do things using the current technology, such as programs for electronic signatures & computerized property showing messages. I've even used skype to arrange for non-local purchasers to preview properties prior to an in personal viewing. I'm familiar and have used targeted social media ads to buyers. I'm not afraid to learn new things that my company offers training for, or … (1 comments)

danbury ct buyers agent: Every day is different in real estate... - 10/14/16 03:58 AM
The thing about real estate is that we don't know what tomorrow brings and each transaction is different.  For example:
-I represented a buyer on a home. The home was a good value and well maintained. We are not asking for the refrigerator in the kitchen or washer/dryer as part of the deal, both of which were relatively new. The sellers were home at the walk through just finished up packing when I arrive with my clients and their inspector. We enter at the basement level and notice the washer/dryer where still there. We go upstairs and see the whole home is empty, other than refrigerator. At this time, … (4 comments)

As a licensed sales real estate sales professional serving Northern Fairfield County,CT, there are many things that I can not disclose and mention under state licensing law. No matter what I tell clients, they often do not believe some of the things are accurate. These are some of the issues I can not allowed to talk about:
-Safety of the neighborhood
-How lives here/demographics/religion/family status
-If it the property is my listing or my offices listing, what the seller will accept?
-If the property is my listing or my offices listings, why are the sellers moving? (Unless permission is granted in writing)
-If the clients are … (0 comments)

danbury ct buyers agent: How long and how many houses until you find the right one? - 09/23/15 06:34 AM

danbury ct buyers agent: Real Agents Agent Works a Consultant, Not A Decision Maker - 04/27/10 07:31 AM
One of the tough things about being a real estate agent is you don’t really make any decisions.  You can advise people on what they should do , such as the price to list their home, price to start an offer on, lender to use, items to ask or have repaired following a building inspection and the numerous other possible things that can & do come up throughout the course of a transaction. With real estate, it does not only matter what you want to do, but it has to be agreed upon by the other party.  I will be more … (0 comments)
