I was recenlty ask about a lot that a buyer is interested it buying. He wanted me to tell him how much it's worth and what he should offer. Well, it depends on who you ask. Well, that depends on what features of a property you want to promote that will attract the most interest from buyers. Many properties won't benefit at all from aerial photos or videos. They will just be a waste of time and money. Condos for example, unless there is something attractive about the location like a lake, river. Well, to start, we had regulations here against signs " that can be moved by the atmosphere".
