We’ve all been there. You listed that property (Residential, Commercial, Farm, Ranch, Land) with the intention of getting it sold quickly at the best possible price. It doesn’t matter why at this point, but the property has not sold. The seller might be making noises about moving the listing to another agent; they also may be working on just that, without your knowledge. I am feeling seriously pinched by gas prices. Since I do not currently have the option of buying an energy efficient vehicle I have been looking for "cheap" gas. Well, there is no such thing! However, I have found a way to find the least expensive gas. There is a national website GasBuddy.com, from there you can choose your state & area, my area comes up as SpokaneGasPrices.com.
